DIESEL AND HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC

The City of North Mankato is seeking a Mechanic for the Public Works Department.  The position requires graduation from a technical program and 2-3 years of relevant experience or 5-7 years of experience in a comparable setting.  Knowledge of hydraulic systems required.  Basic welding and fabrication skills required.  Experience with vehicle electrical systems and controls required. Experience in small engines a plus.  Performs other duties as assigned.
